Q. Which Areas Do You Cover?

A.  We cover the Areas of Greater London and all areas within the M25 corridor.


Q. How Long In Advance Do I need To Book A Clean?

A.  We pride ourselves in our flexible booking system and can book a clean with just 24hours notice. Our more formal booking arrangements are a 72 Hour notice period for booking a clean.


Q. How Much Do You Charge For Your Cleaning Services?

A.  We appreciate that each of our clients has a different request as to what level of cleaning or type of service is required. We therefore charge "Per Job" rather than hourly which allows us to concentrate on each client’s individual needs. Please call 07519 678052 to discuss your requirements with one of our team.


Q. Do You Have A Minimum Charge?

A.  Yes, our minimum charge payable is £50.00 + VAT.


Q. What Methods Of Payment Do You Accept?

A.  We currently accept Cheques, Cash and Online Internet Transfers. Payments are requested to be settled on completion of cleaning.


Q. Do You Charge VAT?

A.  Yes, we do charge VAT on all our invoices. Should you wish to pay cash we will be happy to discuss an incentive discount.


Q. Are You Insured against accidental damage?

A.  Yes, we hold Full Public Liability Insurance to the value of £1,000,000.00 to cover against any unforeseen damages.


Q. How Many Cleaners Do You Use On A Cleaning Job?

A.  Number of cleaners used depends on the size of the property. In all other cleaning jobs never less than two cleaners are used to get cleaning done.


Q. Are Your Cleaners Fully Trained?

A.  Yes, We a have a full hands-on intensive indoor training program that is used ongoing to make sure all current and new cleaners are completely up to spec on all equipment and materials at all times.


Q. Do You Supply All Your Own Cleaning Equipment and Materials?

A.  Yes, we supply everything needed to complete your requested cleaning service satisfactorily.


Q. Do You Work On Weekends and Bank Holidays? Is It More Expensive?

A.  Our working week is from Monday to Friday. The only day we do not work is a Sunday. We only work Saturdays dependent to prior arrangement with management.


Q. Do You Charge Extra For Parking And Congestion Zone Entry Fees?

A.  We do not charge anything extra above the quotation you receive prior to the job. Our only request is that if you reside in a "Permit Parking Only" area we will request a "Visitors Parking Permit". Should this permit not be made available and results in our driver being issued with a parking penalty, we will pass this cost onto the client to pay.
